We will refund your online purchase if you:

Return Items in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Please Include your packing slip and return your item within 7 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip.

If your item arrives damaged you can exchange it for the original item at no cost to you.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund in the original form of payment within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
