The word "CANCER" causes apprehension and fear in all of us. What is certain, however, is that scientific advances in diagnosis and treatment are enormous and increasingly accurate and effective. This has allowed the possibility for a majority of cancers to be curable when diagnosed in time and treated properly. However, the best "therapy" against this disease, as for others, is prevention.
